Qualifications & Experience:
- Master’s degree in Speech Language Pathology or Communication Sciences
- Valid state SLP licensure (or eligibility to obtain)
- ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) or Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) candidates welcome
- Prior experience in pediatric or K-12 settings preferred
- Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills
Responsibilities:
- Assess, diagnose, and treat speech, language, voice, and fluency disorders for a diverse K-12 caseload
- Create and implement individualized education plans (IEPs)
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary teams to support student progress
- Document services, track outcomes, and maintain compliance with school and state guidelines
- Support students’ social and academic success through targeted therapy interventions
