Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology required
- Current ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP)
- Valid state licensure for Kansas (or eligibility to obtain)
- Previous experience in a school setting strongly preferred
- Strong interpersonal skills and adaptability in new environments
Responsibilities:
- Provide speech and language therapy services to K-12 students
- Assess and develop individualized education plans (IEPs)
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and educational teams
- Keep accurate documentation and participate in IEP meetings
- Support school communities during the normal school year (NSY) or through the end-of-school-year period (EOSY) as needed
