Job Title: Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) – Multiple Openings
Pay Rate: $40-$55/hour (based on experience)
Schedule: Full-time
Days: Monday–Friday
Start Date: August 31, 2026
End Date: June 17, 2027
Position Overview:
ProCare Therapy is seeking multiple dedicated Speech-Language Pathologists (SLPs) to join the School District in Poulsbo, Washington for the 2026–2027 school year. These full-time, onsite positions offer the opportunity to support students at both the elementary and secondary levels.
This district provides a structured and supportive environment with clearly defined caseloads, allowing SLPs to focus on delivering high-quality services and making a measurable impact on student success.
Responsibilities:
Provide direct and indirect speech-language therapy services to students
Conduct comprehensive evaluations and assessments
Develop, implement, and monitor Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
Maintain accurate documentation, progress notes, and compliance records
Collaborate with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary teams
Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to student goal planning
Manage and prioritize caseloads effectively across assigned schools
Qualifications:
Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or related field
Active Washington SLP License (required)
ESA (Educational Staff Associate Certification) required
Prior school-based experience preferred but not required
Strong organizational, communication, and collaboration skills
Ability to work onsite (in-person only; no virtual or hybrid options)
