Preferred Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Current and valid Washington SLP license
- ESA (Educational Staff Associate) Certification
- Relevant experience with school-based pediatric populations (K–12)
- Familiarity with teletherapy platforms a plus
- Willingness to supervise or mentor SLP-CFYs if needed
- Strong collaboration, documentation, and communication abilities
Role Responsibilities:
- Provide assessment and therapy for K–12 students across a district
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
- Conduct evaluations for speech, language, and communication disorders
- Support IEP team participation and compliance with documentation standards
- Collaborate closely with educators, paraprofessionals, and families
- Potentially offer teletherapy services and mentorship to CFYs
