Speech Language Pathologist in Poulsbo, WA

Qualifications and Experience:
- Hold a valid Washington SLP License and Educational Staff Associate (ESA) certification
- Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (SLP-CCC) required
- Strong background in school-based speech-language therapy, with the ability to manage caseloads spanning diverse age groups
- Effective communication and collaboration skills, working closely with educators, students, and families
- Ability to create individualized therapy plans and document progress effectively
Role Responsibilities:
- Deliver targeted speech and language services to students in elementary and secondary school settings
- Conduct comprehensive assessments and maintain thorough, accurate documentation for all assigned students
- Develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) tailored to student needs
- Foster a positive, inclusive atmosphere supporting student development and communication goals
