Pediatric Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) - Renton, WA

Qualifications & Experience Desired:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Valid SLP license for Washington State (or eligibility for licensure)
- CCC-SLP credential or candidates currently completing CFY are welcome
- Experience in pediatric or school-based SLP services preferred
- Comfortable with remote/teletherapy and in-person service delivery
- Strong collaboration, communication, and organizational skills
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct speech and language assessments for students of varying ages
- Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs)
- Deliver therapy sessions in-person and/or via teletherapy platforms
- Monitor, document, and report student progress toward goals
- Serve as a resource and advocate for student communication needs
- Partner with teachers, support staff, and caregivers for holistic support
