The position welcomes both experienced Speech-Language Pathologists (SLP - CCC), those completing their Clinical Fellowship Year (SLP - CFY), and Speech-Language Pathology Assistants (SLPA), including those interested in teletherapy opportunities.

Desired Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or equivalent (for SLP roles)
  • Valid state licensure (or eligibility) as an SLP or SLPA
  • Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) preferred, but CFY applicants are encouraged to apply
  • Experience or interest in pediatrics and working within school settings
  • Familiarity with teletherapy platforms is a plus
  • Strong interpersonal, organizational, and communication abilities
  • Commitment to fostering a positive and inclusive learning environment

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver speech-language screenings, assessments, and interventions to students
  • Develop and implement individualized education plan (IEP) goals
  • Collaborate with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary teams to support student progress
  • Maintain timely, accurate documentation and progress reports
  • Adapt therapy approaches to meet diverse student needs, onsite or virtually
  • Support the development of communication, social, and academic skills in students
