Qualifications and Experience:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) from ASHA, or eligible Clinical Fellowship Year candidates
- Active Pennsylvania SLP license (or willingness to secure one)
- Experience in a school-based setting is desirable
- Strong interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with educators, families, and multidisciplinary teams
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide evidence-based speech and language therapy to students across PreK–12
- Conduct assessments and comprehensive evaluations to identify student needs
- Develop, implement, and monitor Individualized Education Program (IEP) goals
- Maintain thorough and timely documentation in accordance with school and state guidelines
- Participate as a valued member in IEP meetings and collaborate closely with teachers and families
