Qualifications & Desired Experience:
- Valid Virginia SLP or SLPA license is required
- Experience providing speech-language services in a school or pediatric setting is preferred
- Strong understanding of individualized education plans (IEPs) and elementary school caseloads

- Ability to motivate and inspire young learners in a diverse educational environment
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver direct speech-language therapy to elementary students in accordance with IEPs
- Screen, assess, and diagnose speech, language, and communication disorders

- Maintain accurate documentation and progress reports
- Consult and collaborate with educators, administrators, and families to support student progress
- Participate in IEP meetings and professional development activities
