Make a meaningful impact this summer by providing essential speech-language services to students in grades 6 through 12. A fully licensed SLP-CCC is needed for Extended School Year (ESY) support. This limited-term contract position is ideal for a professional seeking a flexible summer schedule and the opportunity to work with a supportive team.
Responsibilities:
- Deliver individualized and small group speech-language therapy sessions for high school life skills and autistic support students
- Conduct 3–4 individual sessions (30 minutes each, weekly for 3 weeks) and lead 3 group sessions (30 minutes each, weekly for 3 weeks)
- Collaborate with seasoned paraprofessionals who will be present with each student
- Track progress and maintain thorough session documentation
- Communicate regularly with school staff to coordinate service delivery
Qualifications:
- SLP-CCC required
- Active and current Pennsylvania licensure
- Previous experience supporting school-aged students, particularly those with life skills or autistic support needs, is highly preferred
- Excellent communication, organization, and interpersonal skills
Schedule & Setting:
- Contract dates: July 6 to July 23, 2026
- Monday through Thursday mornings
- 4 to 6 hours per week, perfect for professionals seeking a supplemental, part-time summer role
