About the Role
We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our team in Montgomery County and provide high-quality speech and language services to students throughout Montgomery County. This full-time position offers the opportunity to work collaboratively with educators, families, and support staff to help students develop the communication skills necessary for academic and personal success.
The ideal candidate is committed to student-centered care, possesses strong clinical and interpersonal skills, and is eager to make a meaningful impact in the lives of children and adolescents.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct speech, language, voice, and fluency evaluations.
Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on student needs.
Provide direct speech-language therapy services in individual and group settings.
Collaborate with teachers, parents, administrators, and related service providers.
Maintain accurate documentation, progress reports, and compliance with state and federal regulations.
Monitor student progress and adjust treatment strategies as needed.
Support students in achieving communication skills that enhance academic performance and social participation.
Qualifications
Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
Current Pennsylvania Speech-Language Pathologist license (or eligibility to obtain licensure).
Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP); Clinical Fellows (CFs) encouraged to apply, if applicable.
Strong communication, organizational, and collaboration skills.
