Desired Qualifications:
- Current Pennsylvania SLP license (or eligibility)
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) highly preferred; strong Clinical Fellows (CFY) also considered
- Experience or demonstrated interest in working with K-5 populations
- Solid grasp of IEP development and implementation
- Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational abilities
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive speech and language therapy to K-5 students with diverse needs
- Assess and document student progress, collaborating with parents, teachers, and multidisciplinary teams
- Develop, implement, and monitor Individualized Education Plans (IEPs)
- Deliver both direct and consultative services, tailoring intervention methods to student goals
- Maintain accurate records and contribute to eligibility and re-evaluation assessments
- Foster a positive, engaging, and supportive learning environment
