What You’ll Need:
- Valid SLP-CCC or CFY credentials; experience with pediatrics and school-based settings strongly preferred
- Ability to manage a caseload of approximately 60 students across varying needs
- Experience participating in IEP meetings, conducting evaluations, and providing both direct and consultative speech and language services
- Confidence supervising an SLPA and collaborating with multidisciplinary teams
- Willingness to work with students exhibiting challenging behaviors in a supportive and structured environment
- Flexibility to adapt to caseload or workload models as needed
Your Responsibilities:
- Deliver high-quality, evidence-based speech and language services to students from early childhood through transition age
- Complete comprehensive assessments, develop goals, maintain documentation, and participate in Medicaid billing
- Supervise the on-site SLPA and support their professional growth
- Collaborate actively in IEP meetings and provide consultative services to staff and families
- Take advantage of provided training on the district’s IEP software and utilize dedicated therapy space
- Benefit from administrative support and indirect service time for paperwork, therapy planning, and team meetings
