Key Qualifications & Experience:
- Active or eligible license in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC or CFY considered)
- SLPA or SLP credentials tailored for school settings
- Prior experience in K-12 school environments highly valued
- Strong collaboration and communication abilities
- Passion for fostering student growth and a patient, empathetic approach
Primary Responsibilities:
- Deliver direct speech and language therapy to students in individual and group settings
- Conduct thorough assessments and develop individualized education plans (IEPs)
- Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and families to support holistic student progress
- Maintain detailed documentation in accordance with school and district guidelines
- Monitor, evaluate, and adjust treatment plans based on student progress
- Provide professional guidance and mentorship as applicable (especially for SLPA or CFY roles)
Assignment Details:
- Full-time schedule: 40 hours per week
- Contract runs from August 3, 2026, to June 1, 2026
- Caseload: Approximately 60 students
