Pediatric Speech Language Pathologist in Port Townsend, WA

Qualifications/Desired Experience:
- Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology or equivalent
- Valid state licensure or eligibility for licensure
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred; clinical fellows seeking CFY welcome
- Prior experience in a school setting, healthcare, or pediatrics highly valued
- Solid understanding of IEP processes and evidence-based therapeutic approaches
- Exceptional communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
Responsibilities:
- Deliver speech and language therapy services for students (pre-K through high school), both individually and in groups
- Assess, diagnose, and develop intervention plans tailored to each student's needs
- Monitor progress and document outcomes, aligning with IEP goals and state/federal regulations
- Work closely with educators, families, and support staff to foster an inclusive and supportive learning atmosphere
- Participate in multidisciplinary meetings and contribute to team-based decision making
- Engage in ongoing professional growth to continually improve service delivery
