Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) in Puyallup, WA

Desired Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Hold a valid state SLP license or eligibility for licensure
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred, but Clinical Fellows considered
- Recent experience supporting K-12 school-aged children
- Strong communication, collaboration, and documentation skills
- Familiarity with IEP process and compliance a plus
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive speech, language, and communication assessments
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on student needs
- Deliver direct and indirect speech therapy services, both individual and group
- Consult and collaborate with teachers, staff, and families to maximize student progress
- Maintain timely, accurate documentation in accordance with school and state guidelines
- Participate in IEP meetings, contributing professional insight and recommendations
- Provide ongoing support and resources to educators and caregivers
