Qualifications/Experience:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Current Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP)
- Valid state licensure (or eligibility to obtain)
- Previous experience in a school setting is a plus
- Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to adapt therapy techniques to meet the needs of diverse students
Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive speech-language evaluations and interpret assessment data
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to each student’s needs
- Provide direct therapy services, both individual and small group
- Collaborate with teachers, support staff, and families to promote student success
- Attend and contribute to IEP meetings, report progress, and maintain accurate documentation
- Participate in professional development and trainings as required
