Speech Language Pathologist in Springfield, OR

This school-based setting requires a self-driven professional who manages the whole process—from assessment to drafting Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) and delivering direct therapy.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Current OR SLP-CCC license required
- Experience case managing and independently coordinating student services
- Competency in conducting assessments, developing treatment goals, and participating in IEP meetings
- Ability to draft IEPs 7-10 days prior to meetings, ensuring timely and organized planning
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Comfortable collaborating with educators, families, and multidisciplinary teams
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee student assessments to determine speech and language support needs
- Develop, implement, and monitor individualized treatment goals
- Coordinate and participate in IEP meetings, maintaining thorough documentation
- Provide direct therapy services to a well-defined group of students
