You’ll serve two adjacent schools, providing impactful services to a caseload of 34 students. As the primary therapist, you will lead assessments, develop student-centered goals, participate in IEP meetings, and deliver direct therapy. This position requires a strong sense of independence, organizational proficiency, and the ability to coordinate meetings, manage cases, and prepare draft IEPs 7–10 days prior to meetings.
Desired Qualifications:
- Active Oregon SLP-CCC license required
- Previous school-based SLP or SLPA experience preferred
- Strong case management and documentation abilities
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
- Confident communicator, able to collaborate with teams and families
- Ability to work independently and efficiently manage time
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct student assessments in alignment with school protocols
- Develop and update individualized goals and intervention plans
- Facilitate and participate in IEP meetings with stakeholders
- Provide direct therapy services according to IEP requirements
- Maintain accurate documentation and timely communication
