Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree in Communication Disorders from an accredited institution
  • Active and current state Speech Language Pathologist license
  • Ability to work collaboratively with educators, families, and interdisciplinary teams
  • Experience in school settings preferred, though strong clinical skills are also welcomed
  • Excellent organizational, written, and verbal communication skills

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct speech, language, and hearing assessments for students with diverse needs
  • Develop and implement Individualized Education Plans (IEPs)
  • Deliver direct therapy services to students in group and one-on-one settings
  • Document progress and maintain accurate records according to school and state guidelines
  • Collaborate with teachers, support staff, and families to ensure holistic support for each student
  • Provide consultations and resources for classroom accommodations and modifications
