This full-time, onsite role welcomes Speech-Language Pathologists with CCC as well as SLPAs. With several K-12 caseload openings, you’ll experience a diversity of student needs and educational approaches, building both your clinical skills and your professional network. Exposure to different leadership styles and district practices will give your resume an invaluable boost, while the adventure of traveling will inspire both personal and career growth.
Required Qualifications:
- Active SLP or SLPA credentials, eligible for Massachusetts certification
- SLP-CCC or school-based SLP experience strongly desired
- Previous work with K-12 populations preferred, but not required
- Flexibility to adapt to changes in caseload, school environment, and student needs
- Positive, team-oriented attitude and excellent communication skills
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide onsite speech-language therapy services for K-12 students at various locations
- Conduct assessments, develop and implement IEPs, and track student progress
- Collaborate with teachers, support staff, and families for optimal student outcomes
- Maintain thorough documentation in compliance with state and school guidelines
