Qualifications and Experience:
- Active and clear SLP state license
- Current Educator Certificate
- Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP)
- Previous experience providing SLP services in a school setting preferred
- Ability to manage a diverse caseload with strong organization and documentation skills
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal
- Commitment to fostering positive relationships with students, staff, and families
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct assessments and deliver therapy services for a caseload of about 50 elementary students
- Develop Individualized Education Plans (IEPs) in collaboration with other team members
- Track and document student progress, maintaining compliance with all required records
- Partner with teachers and other school personnel to support students’ learning goals
- Communicate with families regarding progress, strategies, and resources
This engaging role offers the structure of predictable weekday hours from 7:30 AM to 3 PM, set within a close-knit school environment.
