- Ability to individualize therapy plans and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams
- Strong organizational, time management, and documentation abilities
In this position, you’ll:
- Conduct thorough assessments to identify speech, language, and communication needs of students
- Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) tailored to student goals
- Provide direct therapy services individually and in small groups
