Key Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Active ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP)

- Previous experience working in a school setting preferred
- Strong diagnostic and therapeutic skills across a variety of developmental and acquired communication disorders
- Excellent communication, organization, and report-writing abilities
Primary Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive speech, language, and communication assessments
- Develop, implement, and update individualized treatment plans (IEPs) tailored to student needs
- Deliver direct therapy services and collaborate with teachers and other staff
- Monitor progress, adjust interventions, and document student outcomes
- Lead or participate in IEP meetings, providing clear recommendations to educational teams and families
- Maintain detailed records in compliance with district, state, and federal regulations
- Stay current with best practices and continuing education in the field
