Take your expertise in speech-language pathology to the next level by supporting young learners and making a real difference in their communication development. We're seeking passionate Speech-Language Pathologists for two rewarding contract opportunities, each lasting 185 days with a 7-hour workday.

In the first position, you’ll work across two Early Childhood Special Education classrooms, starting with a manageable caseload of around 20 students—growing to approximately 35—many with significant communication needs. You’ll have the chance to implement AAC and support complex communicators as they build foundational speech and language skills.

The second position focuses on Early On evaluations and direct speech therapy services for preschoolers. With a caseload of approximately 20, you’ll also be a key resource for assessing and identifying communication needs through Early On evaluations, helping spark growth during crucial early years.

Desired Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
  • Current SLP-CCC or willingness to complete Clinical Fellowship Year (SLP-CFY)
  • Experience working in schools or with pediatric populations
  • Familiarity with AAC and supporting students with significant speech-language needs (especially for Position #1)
  • Strong evaluation, documentation, and communication skills
  • State licensure (or eligibility) for speech-language pathology

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver direct speech-language interventions tailored to individual student needs
  • Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings and IEP/IFSP development
  • Conduct comprehensive Early On evaluations and interpret results for families and staff
  • Develop and document progress reports and treatment notes
  • Collaborate with teachers, families, and other professionals to support student goals

This contract role will immerse you in a dynamic school setting, offering opportunities to grow your skills, impact children’s lives, and work alongside dedicated educational teams.
