Two positions are available: a full-time role in Stockbridge and a part-time role in Dansville. Both placements are maternity leave covers, starting December 1, 2026, through March 31, 2027. Qualifications & Desired Experience:
- Active Michigan Speech-Language Pathology license required
- ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP)
- School-based SLP experience, particularly with early childhood populations, highly preferred
- Strong understanding of IEP development, progress monitoring, and collaboration with multidisciplinary teams
- Comfort working independently across diverse school environments
- Candidates must be fully credentialed SLPs; SLPAs or VOCO will not be considered
What You’ll Do:
- Conduct assessments, develop, and implement individualized therapy plans
- Collaborate closely with educators, families, and other specialists to support student success
- Provide direct speech and language services to early childhood caseloads
- Document progress and participate in regular IEP meetings
- Adapt techniques and resources to meet individual student needs across both locations
