Qualifications & Experience:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Current, active Michigan SLP licensure (CCC required)
- Proven school-based SLP experience, especially with early childhood caseloads
- Demonstrated ability to assess, diagnose, and implement individualized treatment plans
- Adaptable, collaborative, and committed to student growth
- SLPAs and virtual/VOCO candidates cannot be considered for this position
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver evidence-based speech-language interventions for preschool-aged students
- Conduct assessments, document progress, and collaborate with special education teams
- Foster positive relationships with students, parents, and staff
- Ensure accurate reporting and compliance with IEPs and legal requirements
- Support transition and discharge planning as students reach milestones
- Communicate clearly and consistently with families and team members
