Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) in Piedmont, AL

Qualifications & Desired Experience:
- Current CCC-SLP certification (Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology)
- Hold or be eligible for licensure as an SLP in Alabama
- Previous school-based or pediatric experience preferred
- Ability to effectively collaborate with families, educators, and other specialists
- Strong documentation and organizational skills
- Compassionate, flexible, and enthusiastic approach to student care
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive speech, language, and communication assessments
- Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs)
- Deliver direct therapy services to students across PreK-6th grades

- Maintain clear and timely progress reports and records
- Participate in IEP meetings and provide input for student success
- Engage in school-wide initiatives supporting students’ diverse communication needs
