Sunbelt Staffing is seeking a dedicated Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) for a full-time, school-based position in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania for the current school year. This rewarding opportunity allows you to work with a manageable caseload of students ranging in age from 5 to 21 years old, supporting individuals who are Blind or Visually Impaired and those with Multiple Disabilities.

Responsibilities
- Conduct speech and language evaluations and assessments
- Develop and implement individualized therapy plans and IEP goals
- Provide direct and indirect speech-language therapy services
- Collaborate with teachers, families, therapists, and educational staff
- Participate in IEP meetings and multidisciplinary team discussions
- Monitor student progress and maintain accurate documentation
- Adapt therapy techniques to meet diverse student needs
- Support students with expressive, receptive, social, and functional communication skills
- Ensure compliance with district, state, and federal special education requirements
Qualifications
- Active Pennsylvania Speech-Language Pathologist License
- Master's Degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred
- School-based experience preferred but not required
- Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
