A school-based contract opportunity is available in Auburn, NY, seeking qualified speech-language professionals to support student communication needs throughout the academic year. Positions include one full-time speech therapist and two long-term substitutes to provide essential therapy services.
Assignments:
- One long-term substitute available for the entire school year
- One long-term substitute from 9/2/26 to 11/20/26
- One full-time speech therapist position
Responsibilities:
- Conduct speech and language evaluations and assessments for students
- Develop and implement individualized therapy plans tailored to student needs
- Provide telespeech therapy services as needed
- Collaborate with educators and other professionals to support student progress
- Maintain accurate documentation and comply with school policies and state regulations
Required Qualifications:
- Valid School Speech-Language Pathologist certification (SLP-School)
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) from ASHA preferred
- Completion of Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) or equivalent experience
- Experience or proficiency in telespeech therapy techniques
- Strong communication and organizational skills
