Desired Experience & Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Pennsylvania state licensure (or eligibility)
- Certification of Clinical Competence (CCC) from ASHA strongly preferred; Clinical Fellows encouraged to apply
- Previous experience in pediatric or school-based settings highly valued
- Exceptional teamwork and communication skills
- Passion for contributing to students’ growth and success
Key Responsibilities:
- Assess, diagnose, and treat speech, language, and communication needs for a diverse student population
- Collaborate with educators, families, and other specialists to create comprehensive treatment plans
- Maintain thorough and timely documentation following school and regulatory guidelines
- Deliver therapy sessions individually and in small group settings
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute expertise to educational teams
