School-Based Speech Language Pathologist | Carbondale, Pennsylvania

Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Valid state licensure (or eligibility) to practice as an SLP in Pennsylvania
- ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) preferred, but strong CFY candidates are also encouraged
- Previous experience in school settings or with pediatric populations highly valued
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and organization skills
- Able to work onsite; remote services are not considered for this role
Responsibilities:
- Deliver direct speech-language therapy services to elementary students
- Conduct comprehensive evaluations and develop individualized education plans (IEPs)
- Collaborate closely with teachers, administrators, families, and multidisciplinary teams
- Maintain thorough documentation in compliance with school and district policies
- Allocate session and paperwork time efficiently to ensure student progress
