School-Based Speech Language Pathologist | Lake Ariel, Pennsylvania

What we’re looking for:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Current state licensure or eligibility for licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist
- CCC-SLP preferred, but strong candidates completing their CFY are encouraged to apply
- Practical experience with pediatric populations, ideally in elementary schools
- Ability to work in person and travel between school sites (mileage between buildings is minimal)
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, especially with documentation
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and rapport-building skills
Key responsibilities:
- Assess, diagnose, and treat students with a variety of speech, language, and communication disorders
- Develop and implement individualized therapy plans
- Participate in IEP meetings and provide input for goal setting
- Collaborate closely with educators, caregivers, and multidisciplinary team members
- Maintain thorough records and complete required paperwork within allotted hours
