What We’re Seeking:
- Valid Pennsylvania SLP license and current ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC)
- Experience in school settings supporting students with complex communication needs
- Ability to adapt assessments and interventions for students in low-incidence programs
- Strong documentation, collaboration, and communication skills
- Passion for inclusive education and supporting multidisciplinary initiatives
- Flexibility to work 3-4 days per week on-site, as schedule demands
Key Responsibilities:
- Assess students and develop individualized communication goals
- Deliver direct speech-language therapy and augmentative/alternative communication (AAC) support
- Collaborate with teachers, staff, and families to ensure comprehensive care
- Maintain progress reports and contribute to IEP development
- Participate actively in team meetings and professional learning opportunities
