Qualifications & Experience:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Current Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP)
- Valid state SLP licensure or eligibility in Pennsylvania
- Prior experience with school-based SLP services, preferably with low incidence student populations
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and collaboration skills
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver evidence-based evaluations and interventions for students with complex communication needs
- Develop individualized education program (IEP) goals in partnership with multi-disciplinary teams and families
- Maintain detailed documentation and progress reports in compliance with school and state requirements
- Participate actively in team meetings, student planning, and staff development activities
- Provide consultative support and resources for teachers and families
