Step into a vibrant school community in the Philadelphia area as a full-time Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP). We are seeking dedicated professionals with SLP-CCC credentials for three onsite contract opportunities, serving students in Elementary, Middle (6th–8th), and High School caseloads. With a start date as soon as possible, these roles are ideal for candidates ready to make a lasting impact through the 2026-2027 academic year, concluding on June 10, 2027.
You will play a vital role supporting students’ communication needs and collaborating with established multidisciplinary teams. These positions offer the benefit of working directly in the school environment, providing hands-on services where your expertise will have immediate and visible effects.
Key Qualifications:
- Current SLP-CCC certification required
- Prior experience within school settings
- Comfort and effectiveness working in an urban educational environment
- Ability to secure all Pennsylvania-required clearances
- Reliable transportation for daily onsite attendance
- Availability for a full-time schedule (35 hours/week) between 7:15 AM–4:00 PM; schedule cannot be modified
- Willingness to work exclusively onsite as remote/virtual options are not available
Your Responsibilities:
- Serve a dedicated caseload in either Elementary, Middle, or High School
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
- Collaborate with teachers, families, and district staff
- Maintain thorough documentation and comply with all reporting and legal requirements
- Attend IEP meetings and contribute to evaluations
