Qualifications
- Valid SLP or SLPA license/certification (required)
- Experience in school-based or pediatric settings preferred
- Strong communication, organizational, and collaboration skills
- Ability to work with students in grades K-5
- Flexibility and adaptability to a new environment
Responsibilities
- Provide speech-language therapy to K-5 students at one assigned school site
- Develop and implement individualized therapy plans
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other educational staff
- Maintain accurate records and document student progress
- Support students’ communication goals, both individually and in group settings
