Qualifications:
- ASHA Certification (CCC-SLP) or Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) in progress
- Current Colorado SLP License

- Experience in school-based speech-language therapy preferred
- Ability to develop and implement individualized education programs (IEPs) for students
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and collaboration skills
- Dedication to evidence-based, student-centered therapy practices and progress tracking
Responsibilities:
- Provide direct speech and language services to elementary-aged students, both individually and in small groups
- Conduct assessments, interpret results, and determine eligibility for services
- Develop and update IEPs in collaboration with multidisciplinary teams
- Monitor and document student progress, adjusting therapy as needed
- Consult with teachers and parents to support communication strategies in the classroom and at home
- Participate in team meetings and school-wide initiatives as needed
