A K-12 school in Castle Rock, CO, is seeking a skilled Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) or Speech-Language Pathology Assistant (SLPA) to provide essential support to students across various grades. Responsibilities include conducting speech and language assessments, developing and implementing individualized treatment plans, providing therapy services in-person or via teletherapy, and collaborating closely with educators, families, and healthcare professionals to support student progress. Desired qualifications and experience:

  • Certification and licensure as an SLP or SLPA
  • Eligibility or completion of Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) for SLP roles

  • Strong knowledge of pediatric speech-language development and disorders
  • Ability to manage caseload effectively while maintaining compliance with educational and healthcare guidelines
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills
