Qualifications & Experience:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders
- Current ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) or Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) in progress
- Eligibility for state licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist
- Previous experience in school-based or pediatric settings preferred
- Strong assessment, intervention, and documentation skills
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities
Responsibilities:
- Conduct speech, language, voice, and fluency evaluations for students
- Develop and implement individualized education programs (IEPs) based on assessed needs
- Provide direct therapy services tailored to students’ needs, strengths, and goals
- Collaborate with teachers, families, and other professionals to foster student success
- Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings and student support activities
- Maintain accurate records, progress reports, and compliance with district and federal regulations
