Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Current Speech Language Pathologist license
- Previous experience in a school environment
- Familiarity with early childhood development (PK–1st grade preferred)
- Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational abilities
- Commitment to fostering student growth and success
Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive speech-language evaluations and therapy to students in Pre-K through 1st grade
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and support staff to develop and implement effective IEPs
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of services and student progress
- Participate in team meetings and contribute to a positive, child-centered school environment
- Offer consultative support and resources to families and staff
- Stay informed on best practices and continuing education in speech-language pathology
