Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) in Morton, IL

You’ll play a vital role in evaluating, diagnosing, and treating speech and language disorders, working closely with students, families, and fellow educators. With a consistent Monday through Friday schedule, this assignment runs from August 5th to May 20th, allowing you to see growth and progress throughout the year.
Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech Language Pathology
- Active Speech Language Pathologist License
- Previous school-based experience highly preferred
- Ability to work effectively with early childhood and primary-aged students
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide direct therapy services to students in PK-1st grade
- Complete speech, language, and communication assessments
- Develop Individualized Education Program (IEP) goals and document student progress
- Collaborate with teachers, families, and multi-disciplinary teams to support student development
- Engage in ongoing professional development and contribute to a positive learning environment
