Key Qualifications:
- Active Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) license in Massachusetts
- ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred
- Prior experience working with preschool-aged children strongly desired
- Strong collaboration and communication skills for working with families and educators
- Ability to assess, diagnose, and develop effective intervention plans
Core Responsibilities:
- Provide speech and language therapy services to a caseload of 10-15 PreK students
- Conduct evaluations, track progress, and maintain thorough documentation
- Collaborate with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary teams to support student goals
- Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs)
- Deliver therapy in both individual and small group formats at community sites
- Participate in meetings and contribute to ongoing program development
