Key Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Current SLP-CCC certification
- Prior experience in a school-based or pediatric setting preferred
- Licensure to practice in Massachusetts or eligibility to obtain
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide direct speech and language therapy services to a PreK caseload (10-15 students) across community sites
- Conduct evaluations and develop individualized education plans (IEPs)
- Collaborate with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary teams to support students’ communication goals
- Maintain progress records and document services per state and federal guidelines
- Advocate for the needs of early learners by implementing creative, engaging interventions
