Key Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Current Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP)
- Valid state licensure (or eligibility to obtain prior to start)
- Experience or strong interest in working with early childhood/pre-kindergarten populations
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for collaboration with families and staff
- Demonstrated commitment to creating supportive, inclusive, and engaging learning environments
Role Responsibilities:
- Deliver targeted speech-language therapy services to a caseload of 10-15 pre-K students
- Develop and implement IEPs in collaboration with a multidisciplinary team
- Conduct assessments, monitor progress, and maintain thorough documentation for each student
- Collaborate with classroom teachers, support staff, and parents to maximize student outcomes
- Provide consultation and support to educational teams regarding language development strategies
- Participate in team meetings and contribute to ongoing professional development
