Key Qualifications:
- Valid state licensure as an SLP (with Certificate of Clinical Competence preferred) or SLPA
- Experience in a school-based environment, working with children and adolescents

- Strong interpersonal skills to collaborate with educators, families, and other related service providers
- Ability to organize and manage a caseload efficiently during the MAT leave coverage period
Core Responsibilities:
- Conduct assessments, develop, and implement individualized therapy plans targeting speech, language, and communication goals
- Deliver direct and consultative speech services to students, ensuring compliance with IEP goals
- Maintain accurate records and report on student progress for multidisciplinary team meetings
- Consult and collaborate with teachers and staff to deliver effective classroom-based interventions
- Participate in IEP meetings, providing professional recommendations and progress updates as needed
