Qualifications:
- Current SLP license and ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (SLP-CCC) required
- Experience working in school environments, preferably at the elementary level
- Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
- Ability to assess, develop, and implement effective support plans
- Commitment to fostering positive outcomes for diverse student populations
Responsibilities:
- Conduct speech, language, and communication evaluations for elementary students
- Design and implement individual or group therapy sessions in alignment with IEPs
- Work closely with teachers and support staff to integrate communication goals into classroom activities
- Monitor progress, compile data, and communicate findings with families and educational teams
- Uphold ethical and professional standards in all interactions and documentation
