Position Overview
Role: School-Based Speech-Language Pathologist
Location: Pasco, WA (Franklin County)
Schedule: Full-Time, Monday–Friday (Standard school hours)
Term: 2026/2027 Full Academic Year
Caseload & Responsibilities
Student Population: K-12 (Placements available based on clinical experience and preference).
Clinical Scope: Assess and treat speech, language, voice, and fluency disorders.
IEP Leadership: Conduct evaluations, facilitate IEP meetings, and collaborate with parents and multidisciplinary teams.
Diverse Environment: Pasco is a culturally rich community; experience or interest in working with bilingual populations is a plus but not required.
Support: Work within a collaborative district that values mentorship and professional growth.
Qualifications
Licensure: Active Washington State SLP License (or eligibility to obtain).
ESA Certificate: Valid Washington OSPI Educational Staff Associate (ESA) Certificate.
Certification: ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred. Strong Clinical Fellows (CFY) are welcome to apply and will be provided with high-quality supervision.
Skills: Experience with IEP software and Medicaid billing is a plus.
