- Create and implement individualized therapy plans to address communication needs.
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary teams to support student progress.
- Document outcomes and maintain compliance with all required standards and timelines.
- Facilitate both small group and one-on-one intervention sessions.
Qualifications:
- Active Texas Speech-Language Pathologist credential.
- Open to experienced professionals (CCC) and recent graduates (CFY), as well as those with school-based SLP experience.
- Strong understanding of assessment protocols and therapy planning for diverse populations.
- Enthusiasm for working with early childhood and school-age children.
- Excellent communication, organization, and interpersonal skills.
