Qualifications:
- Current Maryland Speech-Language Pathology license (required)
- ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) or eligibility for Clinical Fellowship (CFY)
- Previous experience in a school-based setting preferred
- Strong communication, organization, and collaboration skills
- Commitment to fostering student growth and progress
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive speech-language assessments for students aged PreK-12
- Develop and implement effective IEP-driven therapy plans
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary teams to support student needs
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of services, evaluations, and progress reports
- Participate in ongoing team meetings, IEP conferences, and professional development
- Support students in both in-person and teletherapy environments as part of the hybrid model
