Qualifications & Experience:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Active SLP license in California, or eligibility to obtain
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP), preferred but not required
- Experience working with school-age children or adolescents highly valued
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and collaboration skills
- Ability to conduct assessments, develop IEPs, and track progress
- Comfortable with technology and online case documentation (for hybrid/remote roles)
- Flexibility to adapt to onsite, hybrid, remote, or travel assignments
Primary Responsibilities:
- Evaluate and diagnose speech, language, voice, fluency, and communication disorders
- Develop individualized treatment plans and IEP goals
- Deliver therapy sessions within individual, group, or classroom settings
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and allied professionals for holistic student support
- Maintain thorough and compliant documentation
